WARRANTY
Belmont bags are built for real life, but not for carrying bricks or bowling balls.
Every bag comes with a 5-year warranty that covers faults in stitching, zips, and leather from normal use. If something isn’t right and it’s down to us, we’ll sort it.
Please note: This warranty doesn’t cover damage from mistreatment, overstuffing, or everyday wear and tear from misuse. Basically, treat your Belmont with the care it deserves, and it’ll go the distance with you.

RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your Belmont bag. But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:
- Return window: 30 days from delivery
- Faulty item? We’ll cover return costs and make things right
- Change of mind or wrong colour? Return shipping is at your expense
- Condition: Bags must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

Every Belmont product is made here in the UK by skilled artisans who care deeply about their craft. We work with small boutique factories and independent leather craftsmen across the country, supporting local workshops that share our commitment to quality, traceability, and responsible production.
Wherever possible, we source our materials from within the UK. For components that can’t be found domestically, we use only the highest-grade leather from LWG Gold-rated tanneries, ensuring sustainability, accountability, and ethical sourcing at every stage.
We don’t mass-produce. Every piece is hand-stitched in small batches, designed to last for years and improve with age. This approach means better products, fewer wasted materials, and a supply chain that keeps jobs and skills alive in the UK.
