Faulty item? We’ll cover return costs and make things right
Change of mind or wrong colour? Return shipping is at your expense
Condition: Bags must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

Every Belmont bag is made in a small boutique leather factory in London by skilled artisans who care about their craft. We use only premium-quality leather from LWG Gold-rated tanneries, ensuring sustainability and traceability at every stage.

Warranty
Belmont bags are built for real life, but not for carrying bricks or bowling balls.
Every bag comes with a 5-year warranty that covers faults in stitching, zips, and leather from normal use. If something isn’t right and it’s down to us, we’ll sort it.
Please note: This warranty doesn’t cover damage from mistreatment, overstuffing, or everyday wear and tear from misuse. Basically, treat your Belmont with the care it deserves, and it’ll go the distance with you.
